By using KinoCalendar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

KinoCalendar aggregates publicly available movie showtimes for local theaters and presents them for your convenience. It is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts

Some features — saved lists, saved showtimes, favorite theaters, and the weekly digest — require signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with and for activity under your KinoCalendar account. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or is used to abuse or disrupt the service.

No warranty — verify before you go

Showtimes, prices, formats, and availability can change at any time and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always confirm details with the theater before making plans or buying tickets. KinoCalendar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

Use KinoCalendar for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not scrape, copy in bulk, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure, and do not use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Third-party content and links

Movie metadata and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Ticket links direct you to third-party theater and ticketing websites that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; KinoCalendar is not responsible for those sites or any transactions you make there.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinoCalendar and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from your reliance on any showtime or other information it provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
